‘A Sweet and Creamy Industrial Visit’
As part of our college’s efforts to provide hands-on learning experiences, we embarked on an exciting industrial visit to Amul Chocolate Plant and Amul Dairy on 17th November 2024. This visit not only broadened our understanding of the manufacturing process but also gave us a glimpse into the world of confectionery and dairy production. Our first stop was the Amul Chocolate Plant, where we witnessed the magical transformation of raw materials into delicious chocolates. We observed the various stages of chocolate production. The plant’s commitment to quality and hygiene was evident throughout the process. Next, we visited the Amul Dairy, where we learned about the processes involved in producing high-quality dairy products. We saw firsthand the importance of sanitation, temperature control, and quality control in ensuring the production of safe and nutritious dairy products. This industrial visit was an invaluable learning experience that provided us with insights into the manufacturing processes and quality control measures employed in the chocolate and dairy industries. We returned to campus with a newfound appreciation for the manufacturing process and a sweet memory to cherish.
